At Careflex Supplies, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Please contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions and authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products—such as worn braces or opened items—cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Contact us within 30 days and we’ll gladly help you with an exchange if the item is eligible.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
